What is included
Owner is responsible for all vet, farrier expenses, cost of body clipping (if needed), as well as commission on the final sale price.

If you would like to set up an appointment to bring your horse here for an evaluation, we are happy to set that up as well.
We will need a copy of the horse's coggins, shot record, and information on last dental/farrier/deworming prior to horse's arrival.

- A structured professional program
- Board, which includes daily stall cleaning, turnout, and a quality feed program with local hay
- Training 5-6 days per week with professional riders
- Full grooming, including mane pulling and trimming
- Production of marketing materials (photos, videos, advertisements)
- Online marketing through our websites, social media, advertisements on other websites
- Continual communication with the owners about their horse's development
- Showing horses to potential buyers
- Being present for all vettings and handling of sales contracts
